Currently some 480 Postdoctoral
Fellows are gaining additional training in laboratories
at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Today about
250 laboratories are working in cutting edge biomedical
research ranging from patient-oriented clinical studies
to fundamental basic science.
The labs are modern and well equipped. In addition there is a wide range of core labs ranging from providing resources for mouse gene knock out work to offering full service molecular biological resources.
One particularly attractive feature of the campus is that physically it is compact and all points are easily accessible. This leads to a convenient atmosphere for collaboration and easy personal interactions. Click here for a Map of Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
New to our postdoc web page is an area in which you can submit your CV for faculty to view. Interested faculty can then log on and search for those postdoctoral research fellow candidates best suited for their labs. This CV can also be printed or edited by the candidate as necessary.
If you are interested in a specific position please
contact the faculty preceptor directly (each project
description provides appropriate email and telephone
information). For general information on availability
of positions, please contact Claudia
