Alumni Profiles and Network

The Office of Career Development is working to establish a network of former Vanderbilt students and post-docs who are interested in sharing their career experiences with current students and post-docs. Ways to participate include speaking with students or post-docs over the phone about your career experiences, writing a guest column for our website, presenting a seminar, or sitting on an industry panel.

If you are a former (or soon-to-be former) graduate student or post-doc at Vanderbilt who would be willing to serve as a resource for current students and post-docs, please contact Kim Petrie (615-322-6885, kim.petrie@vanderbilt.edu ) so that we can add your name and career information to our database. Though you are always welcome to post job openings at your institution with our office, we are not asking alumni volunteers to find jobs for students and post-docs.

If you are a current student or post-doc who wants to get in touch with alumni to discuss their careers, please call the Office of Career Development and Outcomes Analysis to set up a meeting with our staff.
