HELP WITH ACADEMIC, WORK AND LIFE CHALLENGES FOR
GRADUATE STUDENTS AND POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWS

The BRET Psychological Services are available for postdoctoral research fellows and graduate students in the School of Medicine. The BRET Psychological Services are coordinated by Darrell Smith, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist, who has experience with multi-cultural diversity in university settings. Dr. Smith’s background as a professor in doctoral training programs, a researcher, an advisor, a mentor, and a clinician enables him to assist postdoctoral research fellows and graduate students with their personal, family, emotional, relational, academic, work, behavioral, and adjustment needs. A unique feature of the BRET Psychological Services is the location: They are housed within the actual context of study and work.
