We are pleased to offer a poster printing service to researchers affiliated with the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine! Poster can be submitted to us in their finalized form according to the Technical Specifications on a CD, travel drive or email to bret.poster@vanderbilt.edu . If your poster is not formatted correctly for printing, we will inform you of the problem. We encourage you to make the necessary changes yourself, but if you elect to have us modify your poster, the cost is $60/hour of design time in addition to the printing charge. Use the links below to learn more about our poster printing service.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that although you may not be attending a large conference, there may be other large meetings and retreats for which we are asked to print large numbers of posters. Effective immediately, posters need to be submitted for printing at least two business days in advance of when they are needed, and we strongly suggest you allow additional time prior to large conferences. Our printing service has been immensely popular because of its low cost and convenient location, and we need to implement this policy in order to continue printing posters in a timely fashion.
